Our Policy
Domestic returns are accepted as long as the item is sent back in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
International returns aren't available at the moment.

Postage Costs
The buyer covers all postage costs. That means the return postage, and the original postage will be taken off your refund.

Trade Or Exchange
Rather swap than refund? We're happy to do a trade or exchange for another item on the website instead.

How To Start A Return
Message us on Instagram at @wynnswardrobe_ or email wynnswardrobe@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your order date
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if needed
Once your return's approved, send the item back with a Royal Mail tracked service. Your refund is processed as soon as it arrives back with us.
