Refund policy

Domestic returns are accepted on the basis that the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

International returns are not currently accepted.

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs, including the return cost and the original postage cost which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

I'm also happy to accept a trade or exchange if there is another item on the website you would like instead.

I always try to provide the measurements for each item when listing them, so you can see how the item fits before you purchase. Each item can fluctuate in sizing, regardless of tag size etc. so its always best to have a quick measure or drop me a message before buying if you have any questions!

Order Date

Reason for return

Supporting images if necessary

 

If your return is accepted, you will simply need to use a Royal Mail tracked service to send the item back to me, and once received I will process your refund.
